29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE. a) Lot 124, Roof: On or about 04/28/2021 The owner of the company exposed himself to a fall hazard of 22 feet to the ground below while performing framing work and walking from the topplate of a two story residential building. The topplate is only 4 inches wide and the employee was not using any form of fall protection.
