29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Crosby's, 500 Main Street, Bolivar, NY - On or about 4/29/2021, the employer did not develop and implement a written Hazard communication program for hazardous chemicals that the employees use, including: -Hang Time-which contained Cocamidoprolyl Betaine, 2-Butoxyethanol, Ethanolamine, Propane-1-2-diol, Tetrasodium EDTA; -Podel Dish Detergent-which contained Sodium Dodecylbenzenesulfonate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate; -Grease Zone, a corrosive material-which contained 2-Butoxyethanol; -Aquaphenate Plus, a corrosive material-which contained Didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride; ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
