29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At the residential construction site located at 2139 Shoal Creek Parkway in Kansas City, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. Employee was observed installing wood materials using a nail gun without eye/face protection.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1):The employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  At the jobsite located at 2139 Shoal Creek Parkway in Kansas City, MO:  Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to an electrical shock hazard.   110 VAC energized conductors were exposed on the female plug end of the extension cord providing power to the Skillsaw circular saw.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At the construction site located at 2139 Shoal Creek Parkway in Kansas City, Missouri:  Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet from the edge of the level they were working on to the exterior ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
