Employees were crushing hazards. The US Army Corps of Engineers was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1515263, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/29/2021 , with respect to a workplace located at 34443 Sierra Dr., Lemon Cove, CA 93244.
