Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. Site: 3420 Bedford Ave. Brooklyn, NY On or about 4/29/2021 a) An employee used a 10" DEWALT table saw to cut door moldings. The table saw did not have a blade guard. The employer (M.N.C. General Contractors Corp.) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.304(i)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1215672, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/4/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 105 E 73rd Street, New York, NY.
