29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about April 30, 2021, the employer did not keep an exit route at the rear of the store free and unobstructed, which exposed employees to a life safety hazard. The emergency exit was obstructed by totes and boxes filled with merchandise. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384041, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 96 North Chestnut Street, Jefferson, OH 44047.
