29 CFR 1926.150(a)(4): All firefighting equipment was not inspected and maintained in operating condition. a) On or about 04/30/21, at the McDonalds Food Service, located on 1965 Chili Avenue, in Rochester, New York, a portable fire extinguisher had been discharged and not removed from service. The fire extinguisher was located in work areas near ignition sources (power tools) and combustibles (wood scrap), exposing employees to fire and smoke hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
