29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) On or about April 30, 2021, at the workplace located at 8701 W. Bradley Rd., Milwaukee, WI 53224, in the back room on the North side of the DES room, the employer had utilized two SL Waber power strips which were attached to a wall with screws that were screwed through the plastic insulating casing of the power strip. The relocatable power tab was used as a substitute for fixed wiring, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
