29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about March 10, 2021 at the jobsite located at 1760 Steve Reynolds Industrial Blvd., Commerce Georgia it was determined that the orientation training provided to all subcontractors included information that did not meet the requirements within the 29 CFR 1926 construction standards for personal protective equipment, exposing the employees to a struck-by hazard.
