29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2):The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which employees were on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: At a residential construction site located at 721 N Rockwell Ave, Independence MO -- the employer did not inspect the structure integrity of the partially completed deck, and did not restrict access to the deck by other subcontractors and workers. The deck structure collapsed while workers stood on it, resulting in one person hospitalized. This was documented on or about 04/30/2021.
