29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance was less than indicated in Table S1: Kennametal Inc, 34 Sanderson St, Department 34, , On May 3, 2021, and at times prior employees operating Allen Bradley circuit breakers feeding smog hogs 10 and 11 did not have sufficient operating space. The employer did not ensure sufficient access and working space was provided to circuit breaker panels to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance.
