Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) At 8060 Lavelle Way, Days Inn, Pensacola, Florida: On or about May 4, 2021 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 18 feet 2 inches to the ground below.
