29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).  a)Another Framing Construction LLC, at 274 Gila Trail, Ault, CO 80610; On or before May 04, 2021, the employer did not ensure 2 employees were protected from injury, in that employees actively engaged in roofing activities on top of a residential home, with a roof pitch of 5/12, were not utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards of 10-20 feet.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   a) Another Framing Construction LLC, at 274 Gila Trail, Ault, CO 80610: On or before May 04, 2021, the employer did not ensure that each employee was trained to recognize the hazards of working at elevation and trained in the use of fall protection. Employees were engaged in framing activities on a residential roof with a 5/12 pitch and were performing work near the edge of the roof without a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of 10-20 feet.
