29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used:  location:  electrical room, basement, 713 E. 211th St. on or about: 4/30/21  a) An employee was engaged in masonry work from a  tubular welded frame scaffold. The working platform was 5'3" above the ground. The employee was not provided with a continues means of  egress while working on the platform.   NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
