Employees operated motorized pallet jacks such as: Vestil S3-118-AA Pallet Stacker powered drive, lift stacker with adjustable forks, to load/unload 2200 lb Dry Ice containers and food products. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
