29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about May 5, 2021, there were five instances of electrical panels being blocked by various items, prolonging employee exposure to energized equipment, in the event the equipment would need to be deenergized. a) Kitchen Area: A transformer was installed in front of an electric panel. b) Mechanical Room C-Side: Electrical panels were blocked by tables and other items. c) Laundry Room: Two disconnect switches were blocked by storage of various materials. d) Maintenance Room: Electrical panel in this room had a work bench built around it. e) Mechanical Room A-Side: Two different banks of electrical panels in this area had boxes stored in front of them.
