The employer did not ensure that each operator is trained, certified/ licensed, and evaluated in accordance with this section before operating any equipment covered under subpart CC, except for the equipment listed in paragraph (a)(2) of this section: New residential construction located on Lot #186 39 Cherry Tree Bend, Newnan, GA 30263, Front side driveway: On or about 04/29/2021, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while installing roof trusses, in that the crane operator was not certified, trained, or licensed to operate the 19-Ton Terex (Model - BT3870) 70-ft. Truck Mounted Hydraulic Boom Crane.
