29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv) (a): Facility - Flexible wiring was attached to building elements and was used as a substitute for fixed wiring. Flexible extension cords and power strips were used in a permanent manner to power electrical devices. The temporary wired was attached to ceiling beams and machinery framing using knots and zip-ties, on or about May 6, 2021. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
