29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   a. Valley Road & Walnut Ave. Development - 29 Walnut Ave., Clark, NJ  The employer did not ensure that employees operating aerial lifts used fall protection.  An employee engaged in steel erection activities used a JLG, Model 460SJ, serial number 0300267308, aerial lift for access to the balconies and was not using and/or properly utilizing fall protection.  Violation observed on or about May 6, 2021
