29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2):29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The employer did not determine if any part of the equipment, load line or load (including rigging and lifting accessories), if operated up to the equipment's maximum working radius in the work zone, could get closer than 20 feet to a power line. (a) 114 Forrest Ave., Narberth, PA., East Exterior Wall, 2nd & 3rd Level: On or about May 4, 2021, employees did not maintain minimum clearance from overhead power lines while working from a basket lift to install window frames, resulting in the basket making contact with live wires and employees being exposed to an electrocution hazard.
