29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 3500 Bleachery Place, easterly side of roof, mid to north end, on or about 5-6-21: Two employees were installing sheathing on a roof without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 16 feet 11 inches from the eave to ground. b) 3500 Bleachery Place, easterly side of roof, mid to north end, on or about 5-6-21: Two employees were installing sheathing on a roof without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 22 feet from the leading edge of the sheathing to the concrete floor inside the building.
