Castle Rock, CO 80108: On or before 5/8/21 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees engaged in framing activities were not wearing fall protection while framing the second floor of a two story single family home. The concrete basement floor was exposed in the center of the house and the second story floor was unguarded. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards from 10 feet to 21 feet.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
