29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Friday Exteriors, LLC at 2811 Keepsake Castle Rock, CO 80108: On or before 5/8/21 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that roofers carrying materials on the steep 7/12 pitch roof of a new single family home were not wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 10' and 20'. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
