29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) D.J.L.C. LLC at 3018 Blithe Pt. Castle Rock, CO 80108: On or before 5/8/21 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that framing employees walked atop the joists and in the trusses without wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 9 feet and 15 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement Certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
