29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Anival Zaret at 12901 Reata Ridge Dr. Parker, CO 80134: On or before 5/8/21 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that framing employees worked without using fall protection. Employees worked next to the exposed basement floor setting joists from ground level, a 9 foot fall hazard. Employees also walked the top plate of a framed basement wall. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet onto concrete.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
