29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  JRA Construction Corporation at 22721 Narrowleaf Aurora, CO 80016: On or before 5/8/21 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that framing employees were not wearing fall protection. Employees were nailing up an end truss as well as working around an unguarded stairwell, leading to a concrete basement floor. These conditions exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 12 feet.  JRA Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1328487, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/1/18, with respect to a workplace located at 19082 W 84th Ave. Arvada, CO 80007.
