29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:  A) 31 River Rd Highland Park, NJ 08904  3rd fl  Employees were engaged in framing activities at the edge of the 3rd floor of the building complex without any means of fall protection. An additional employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 9' 6'' while securing roof trusses as he was also working without any means of fall protection.   Hazard noted on or about 05/07/21

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14):Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings, where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches above the walking/working surface, was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system:  A) 31 River Rd Highland Park, NJ 08904  The window opening at the top of the 3rd floor stairway was not protected by any means of fall protection. The window opening was approximately 3ft by 4ft.   Hazard noted on or about 05/07/21

29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(1):Except during stairway construction, foot traffic is prohibited on stairways with pan stairs where the treads and/or landings are to be filled in with concrete or other material at a later date, unless the stairs are temporarily fitted with wood or other solid material at least to the top edge of each pan. Such temporary treads and landings shall be replaced when worn below the level of the top edge of the pan.  A) 31 River Rd Highland Park, NJ 08904  Stairways with pan stairs where the treads and/or landings were to be filled in with concrete or other material at a later date were in use without the stairs being temporarily fitted with wood or other solid material as required.
