29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not use work practices in all operations covered by 29 CFR 1926.1101, regardless of the levels of exposure, in the form of prompt clean-up and disposal of wastes and debris contaminated with asbestos, in leak-tight containers: (a) Major Restoration Services, LLC - 255 Edgehill Road, York, PA - The employees removed subfloor and asbestos containing floor tiles from the kitchen and placed the debris in the back of their work van, on or about March 25, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
