29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Company Office, 2A Mall Road: On or about May 7, 2021 employees were performing work on a 6:12 sloped roof that measured as high as approximately 10.8 feet (130 inches) eave to ground, without the use of a fall protection system.
