29 CFR  1926.451(g)(3)(iii):29 CFR 1926.451(g)(3)(iii): Lanyards connected to horizontal lifelines or structural members on a two-point suspension scaffold were not equipped with additional independent support lines and automatic locking devices capable of stopping the fall of the scaffold in the event one or both of the suspension ropes fail:  Location: One Post Office Square Boston, MA  On or about April 30th, 2021 employees were exposed to falls up to 300 feet to the ground while working from suspension scaffolds equipped with horizontal lifelines that were connected to each suspension scaffold's platform frame where the suspension scaffolds were not equipped with additional independent support lines that were equal in number and strength to the suspension lines.
