Employees engaged in the residential constructions activities were not protected from falls. Employees engaged in framing activities worked on the second level deck without any means of fall protection. b. Employees engaged in the residential constructions activities were not protected from falls. An employee moving sheathing materials from the ground to the second level deck used a site made ramp at approximately 11 feet without any means of fall protection. Violation observed on or about May 10, 2021

Employees engaged in framing and sheathing activities used a Werner extension ladder for access to the second level that was not extended at least 3 feet above the landing surface. Violation observed on or about May 10, 2021
