29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2) The design and use of all traffic devices, including signs, signals, markings, barricades, and other devices, for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part 6 of the MUTCD (incorporated by reference, see 1926.6): Employer did not conform to the requirements set forth in the MUTCD, in the following instance: Roadway - Temporary traffic barriers, pavement markings, or channelizing devices were not provided to protect workers and prevent vehicular traffic from driving under the boom of an excavator.
