29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about May 6, 2021, at the site located at 17210 SR 438, Oakland, FL, an employee performing siding work from a JLG Model 360SJ was not protected from an approximately 15-foot fall hazard when a lanyard was not worn. The Tower Stucco, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1232535, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July, 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 512 Flagler Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, FL .
