29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, you must report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA: Main Office - The employer failed to notify OSHA within 24 hours of an in-patient hospitalization of a work-related employee injury that occurred on May 07, 2021. YRC Freight was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1437340, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 20, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 9510 Clay Road in Houston, Texas.
