29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: (a) On or about May 10, 2021 and at times prior, for the employees exposed to fall hazards while accessing a stairway with seven risers with a rise of approximately 48 inches to enter the interior of the jobsite located at the Red Flag 5th Generation Facility, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.
