29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: On or about May 11, 2021, working surfaces including, but not limited to, the personal protective equipment shelf and the gun cleaning workspace, were not maintained as free as practicable from lead. Shooters Station Arms was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1484089, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on October 27, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 13748 TX-105, Conroe, TX 77304 .
