29 CFR 1926.651(b)(2): Utility companies or owners were not contacted within established or customary local response times, advised of the proposed work, and asked to establish the location of the utility underground installations prior to the start of an excavation. Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the propane line owner was contacted and asked to establish the location of the underground line prior to the start of excavation. On or about 05/10/2021, an employ sustained burns after a propane line was struck and caught fire.
