29 CFR  1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a)slitter and pickling lines; on May 12, 2021 and times prior the employer exposed employees performing maintenance and servicing activities to the hazardous energies present (including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and water) on the pickling line and slitter line machines by not providing  a training program for affected and authorized employees.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) Facility; on or about May 12, 2021 and times prior the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that he did not provide training as part of a written Hazardous Communication Program in order to protect employees from hazardous materials such as, but not limited to, hydrochloric acid, hydraulic fluid, and pickling oil.
