On or about May 11, 2021, a worker at a new residential construction was observed tossing bricks to a worker on a supported scaffold, without the use of a hard hat or other protective helmet, which exposed the ground worker to being struck by falling materials. B. On or about May 11, 2021, a worker at a new residential construction was stacking bricks on an elevated scaffold plank, at and above head level, without the use of a hard hat or other protective helmet, which exposed the worker to being struck by falling materials.
