29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Construction Site: On or about May 12, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in roofing activities were protected from a fall hazard while working on the entrance roof. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard above 6 feet.
