29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a- Building Interior: Employees engaged in the securing of 40ft wooden trusses using (2) skyjack aerial lifts were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15ft as a means of fall protection was not donned by employees within the aerial lift basket. Condition noted on or about 05/13/2021.
