29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK: Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards where a relocatable power tap was used to charge three Mart Cart mobile scooters. b) BREAKROOM: Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards where a three-way splitter was used to power a microwave and popcorn machine. c) BREAKROOM: Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards where a six-way splitter was used to power two Keurig coffee machines and one toaster.  d) COMPUTER ROOM: Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards where a relocatable power tap was connected in series (daisy chained) with a two-way splitter to power two Lexmark copy/scan/fax machines.  e) OFFICE HALLWAY: Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards where a relocatable power tap was used to charge three batteries for power tools and chargers to handheld phone/radios.
