29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   (a)	LA Martinez Painting LLC, at 1469 Madison Street, Denver CO 80206: On or before May 6, 2021, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that employees painting a two-story residential home accessed a ladder that was placed on the low-sloped front porch roof without utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the ground.  (b)	LA Martinez Painting LLC, at 1469 Madison Street, Denver CO 80206: On or before May 6, 2021, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that employees worked from the steep-pitched top roof to paint two dormers without utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 and 10 feet.
