29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: 117 Hopkins Pl., Longmeadow, MA: On or about May 11, 2021, employees were observed roofing this residence without fall protection, more than 10 feet above the ground below. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1). LGS Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard (name previously cited 29 CFR 1926.501 B 11, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1483302, inspection number 1483302, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 267 S Westfield St., Feeding Hills, MA.
