29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 5/13/2021 employees at the Citgo gas station roofing project were exposed to approximately 13' falls while engaged in roofing activities without fall protection.
