29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. a) Jobsite located at 10715 Pelle Circle Philadelphia, PA 19154: The employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing activities was protected from falling. Employees working on a 3:12 pitched roof of a residential building were not provided fall protection, thus exposing employees to falls of approximately 12 feet. Condition was observed on or about May 13, 2021.
