29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about May 12, 2021, during the application of plastering to the exterior of a Rite Aid, located at 325 W Broad St, Newton Falls, OH 44444, the employer did not ensure an employee working from a JLG Model 460SJ aerial lift was wearing and utilizing a body belt (harness) and lanyard attached to the basket of the aerial lift.
