29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section: Worksite, 21 Tomar Court, Bloomfield, NJ a) Employees performed concrete and stone patio demolition using a Stihl TS 600 masonry cutting saw without the use of engineering controls such as an integrated water spray system as required by Table 1. The employer did not assess employee exposure to crystalline silica during such operations. b) Employees performed concrete demolition using an electric Makita HM1810 jackhammer without the use of an engineering controls such as an integrated water spray system as required by Table 1. The employer did not assess employee exposure to crystalline silica during such operations. Violations occurred on or about May 10, 2021 and May 14, 2021
