29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. On or about 14 May 2021, at the U.S. Postal Service Post Office, Canovanas, PR; the egress route and access to an emergency exit door was obstructed by mail shipping materials, boxes and shelving. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
