29 CFR 1926.304(g)(1): The sides of the lower blade were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that would automatically adjust itself to the thickness of the stock and remain in contact with stock being cut to give maximum protection (a) Jobsite - On or about May 11, 2021 employer did not ensure that a Makita radial arm saw guard automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of wood stock being cut, exposing the operator from struck-by hazards.
